Books in the
Works |
Two books are in progress
already. The first is an anthology
of short stories, which are to be
rewrites and interpretations of
stories in Assyrian mythology.
This will give a greater
awareness of Assyrian texts
worldwide. The book (as yet
untitled) will contain stories from
previously published authors and is
due for release in the spring of
2010.
The second book
is a collection of three novellas,
featuring Ishtar/Inana as the
protagonist. For this book Gilgamesh
Press is pleased to announce three
award winning writers: Deborah
Biancotti, Cat Sparks and Kaaron
Warren; lending their sought after
talent to tales of the goddess of
love and war. |
